AUTO NEJMA MOROCCO S.A. was established in 1963 on the initiative of the family Hakam in partnership with Kramer German family who originally commercialized the Mercedes Benz on Moroccan territory. In 1972, Hakam family acquired a majority of the capital of the company before becoming the sole shareholder in 1992. 1999 AUTO NEJMA MOROCCO S.A. was introduced at the Casablanca stock exchange.

Based in Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier with 340 employees and soon in other cities of MOROCCO (Marrakech, Agadir and Oujda), AUTO NEJMA MOROCCO S.A. hold a wide branch network with:
